After listening to Jackie Christie's album of original tracks I must say that this was one of the strongest and was easily picked as the first single. It has all the elements of a chart-topper: Clean production, groovy beats, and a wonderfully uplifting vocal courtesy of Discomind (also known as Sheila Brody of Amuka fame). Now how about those remixes....

The first two remixes come from Fishy Sounds (where do they come up with these names?!) as the standard vocal mix and dub. Reminescent of early the early 90s acid house sound, they deliver the goods with warping synth lines and deep, rumbling bass. A nice contrast with the vocal I must say. Sueno Soul includes no less that FOUR mixes though in the form of a thumping Vocal Mix, a more mellow Sax Mix, underground-ish Tribal Mix, and the Tribal Bonus Beats. While all the mixes are wonderful, I must say that the more stripped-down Tribal Mix is my favorite as it brings the vocal to the forefront.

This one is a sure winner on any dance floor at any time. As if this wasn't enough, be on the lookout for more singles from Jackie Christie's album to drop real soon. Wonderful work!
